About Reflect:
Reflect is a community-rooted outpatient therapy practice based in Seattle, committed to making quality mental health care accessible to the people who need it most. We serve individual adults, couples, and teens navigating a range of life challenges, primarily low to moderate acuity clients who are well supported by traditional weekly outpatient psychotherapy. We accept most major insurance plans and select Medicaid/Apple Health plans, and offer income-based sliding scale fees, because we believe cost should never be the deciding factor in whether someone gets care.

We're also a training-centered practice. Supporting the growth of new and developing clinicians isn't a side note to our mission, it's core to it. We invest in our therapists through weekly clinical supervision, bi-monthly in-house trainings, and a generous continuing education stipend, and we're genuinely committed to helping each clinician develop their own clinical voice and identity. Our team brings together a wide range of licensure types, theoretical orientations, and lived experiences, and that diversity makes us better at what we do.

In-person connection is central to how we work. Our clients prefer it, and so does our team. There's something that happens when colleagues are in the same space, consulting between sessions, checking in over coffee, building the kind of relationships that make a practice feel like more than a job. Our Capitol Hill and Ballard offices are beautifully furnished and centrally located, and we're proud of the environment we've created there.

Beyond our practice, we're building the Reflect Community Network, a growing professional membership and networking community for therapists and allied health professionals across the field.

The Role:
We're currently seeking associate-level therapists (LSWAIC, LMFTA, or LMHCA) to join our team, and may also consider clinical interns in an advanced graduate placement. This is a full-time hybrid position. We ask that therapists be in office at least one day per week and work from home at least one day per week, a structure that maximizes use of our space while giving you real flexibility in how you build your schedule. Weekend work is not required.

We're looking for clinicians who are curious, humble, and committed, people who want to be part of a real team, not just a roster of solo practitioners sharing office space. If you're excited about growing clinically, working collaboratively, and contributing to a practice that takes access and equity seriously, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer:
  • Clinical and Professional Development: Weekly individual clinical supervision for associates, bi-monthly in-house trainings, a continuing education stipend of around $1,000 or more per year for full-time employees, licensing renewal fees covered, malpractice insurance provided, and a team culture built around clinical consultation, peer support, and mutual accountability.
  • Compensation: Master's-level associates can expect to earn approximately $50,000 to $80,000, and fully licensed master's-level clinicians approximately $65,000 to $95,000. Our salary structure is equitable and based solely on years of experience and tenure with Reflect. We also offer quarterly productivity bonuses of up to $1,000, for a potential annual total of up to $4,000.
  • Benefits: We offer a $400 per month pre-tax health insurance stipend for full-time employees, a retirement plan with employer match, two weeks of PTO and sick time, ORCA Business Passport covered at 80%, paid family and medical leave through Washington State, a MacBook for professional use, SimplePractice and Google Workspace, and comprehensive administrative support including client matching, scheduling, and billing so you can focus on clinical work.
  • A Path Forward: We understand that many therapists joining a group practice have longer-term goals, including eventually building a private practice. After two years in good standing and upon achieving full licensure, whichever comes later, you'll have the option to continue with Reflect with a raise and expanded benefits, or transition into private practice with our active support as a member of the Reflect Community Network.

What We're Looking For:
Required qualifications include a current associate mental health license in Washington State (LSWAIC, LMFTA, or LMHCA) in good standing, or advanced graduate student status eligible for a clinical internship placement. We're also looking for strong ability to build therapeutic rapport and alliance, a collaborative spirit and genuine interest in being part of a team, a growth mindset and openness to feedback and supervision, commitment to inclusive and affirming care for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, capacity to build and maintain a caseload of at least 22 sessions per week, willingness to work some evenings, timely documentation within 72 hours, and adherence to the ethics code of your professional association.

Preferred qualifications, though not required, include lived experience as a Black, Indigenous, or person of color, experience working with queer and trans clients, specialized clinical training in any modality, interest in facilitating workshops or community programming, and interest in growing into clinical leadership or supervision over time.

Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color are strongly encouraged to apply. We believe in building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
